“You really can’t win, we got nothing to lose,” Daemon says on his new track with Earthworms, “Comfortable.” Maybe that sounds like a brag at first, but it’s not. It’s more a playful meditation on complacency. On this cross-country collaboration of rappers and producers from the upstart Midwest and established LA, Daemon and the Earthworms trade verses on the things that make us too comfortable to give a fuck: drugs, money, a name brand lifestyle, you name it.
